Newsletter
Email address only.
Technical Data
Your IP address is processed when you submit either form, to run the anti-spam check and to limit how often the forms can be submitted. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
Who Processes Your Data
Cloudflare
Hosts this site, runs the Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form, and stores short-lived rate-limiting records. The Turnstile check receives your IP address.
Resend
Sends and stores email sent from this site, including your contact message and newsletter confirmations.
Proton Mail
Contact form messages are delivered to a Proton Mail inbox, where they are read and answered.
These providers operate outside Belgium: Cloudflare and Resend in the United States, Proton in Switzerland.
Purpose
Contact form data is used only to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter email is used only to send SDX Studio articles. IP addresses are used only to prevent spam and abuse.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted on request. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Rate-limiting records containing your IP address are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sdx-support@protonmail.com.
Third-Party Sharing
Your data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, and this site carries no analytics or tracking scripts. The providers listed above process your data only to operate the site.

Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
