Websites for local practices

Your practice deserves a website that actually brings patients and clients in.

If your site is outdated, hard to use on a phone, or doesn't exist yet, you're losing new patients and clients to practices that are easier to find. We build fast, professional sites for dental, medical, and legal practices, and keep them ranking long after launch.

Sound familiar?

The problems costing you customers

Most practices aren't losing patients because of their care or their prices. They're losing them before the phone ever rings. Here's what we fix.

No website at all

Customers search for you and find nothing, or worse, find a competitor. If you're not online, you don't exist to most people looking for you.

Not mobile-friendly

Over half of local searches happen on a phone. A site that pinches, zooms, and breaks on mobile sends people straight back to Google.

No way to book or get in touch

No booking form, no clear phone number, no directions. Every extra step between interest and contact is a lost customer.

Invisible on Google

Poor or no SEO means you're buried on page three. Being unfindable is the same as being closed.

Outdated design

A site that looks like it was built in 2011 quietly tells people you might not be around anymore. First impressions decide whether they call.

We fix all of it.

One partner for design, mobile, booking, and getting found on Google, so you can get back to running the practice.

How it works

One build, then optional upkeep

The build is a one-time piece of work that ends with a site you own. Keeping it hosted, monitored and current afterwards is a separate arrangement you can take or leave.

Phase one

Delivery

The build itself: a one-time engagement that ends with a site you own outright, live on your own domain.

  • Design and build, tailored to your practice rather than a template
  • Written and structured around the questions your patients or clients actually ask
  • Booking or contact flow wired into how you already work
  • Fast and legible on a phone, which is where most of your visitors are
  • Technical SEO foundations so you can be found for what you do, where you are
  • GDPR-aware by default: cookie-free analytics, EU data handling
  • Handover: the domain is registered in your name and the code and content are yours

Phase two

Ongoing support

Optional, and separate. A site that nobody maintains quietly decays. This is the arrangement that stops that happening. Skip it and the site runs on your own infrastructure instead of mine.

  • Hosting included, on managed infrastructure
  • Uptime and security monitoring, with updates applied as they land
  • Content edits: new staff, changed hours, a service you no longer offer
  • Google Business Profile and Search Console set up in your own accounts, so you can see your visitors and calls yourself
  • A person who answers when something breaks
  • Month to month, cancel any time, no lock-in

How scope gets worked out

A three-page clinic site and a multi-language practice with an integrated booking system are different pieces of work, so they are quoted differently. What moves the number: how many pages you need, whether your text and photography already exist, how many languages you serve, and what has to talk to your existing systems. We go through that in one conversation and you get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.

Process

From first call to live site, in about three weeks

You are running a practice, not a web project. Here is every step, what it needs from you, and roughly how long it takes, so there are no surprises about where things stand.

  1. Intake call

    30 minutes, free

We talk about what you do, who you serve, and what is not working now: the calls you are missing, the patients who cannot find you, the site you are embarrassed to link to. No preparation needed and nothing to sign.

  2. Written scope and quote

    Within 2 working days

You get a fixed price against a fixed scope, in writing, listing what is included and what is explicitly not. If it is not right, we adjust it. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.

  3. Content and structure

    Week 1

We map the pages around the questions your patients and clients actually ask. If your text and photos exist, I work from them; if they do not, I draft and you correct. This is where most projects stall, so I do the pulling.

  4. Design

    Week 1–2

You see real layouts with your own content in them, not a generic mockup with placeholder text. You give notes, I revise. Changes at this stage cost nothing but time.

  5. Build

    Week 2

The approved design gets built: fast, legible on a phone, accessible, and GDPR-aware by default. You get a private staging link and can watch it come together rather than waiting in the dark.

  6. Review and launch

    Week 3

You check it on your own phone, in your own practice, and list anything that feels off. I fix it, then we go live on your domain, registered in your name, with the accounts and access handed over to you.

  7. Ongoing support

    From launch, optional

If you want it: hosting, monitoring, security updates, and content edits when your hours or staff change. Month to month, cancel any time. If you decline it, or cancel later, the code and content are handed over and you take the site onto your own hosting account and domain registrar. It stops running on mine. Nothing is held hostage, but it does become yours to keep online.

Use cases

Which plan fits your business

A few common situations and where we'd point you to start.

Dental & physio practice

An old site that breaks on phones, and new patients still book by calling during office hours.

Rebuild, ongoing support, and local SEO

A rebuild plus a local SEO setup wins here. "Dentist near me" search is crowded and high-value, so ranking and staying visible pays for itself in a single new patient.

Law & notary office

A dated site that undersells the firm, with no clear way for clients to request a consultation.

Rebuild with ongoing support

Credibility is everything for legal clients. A sharp, professional site with a consultation request form and ongoing upkeep builds trust and keeps the practice looking current.

Medical & specialist clinic

No website at all; every appointment still comes by phone, and patients can’t find them on Google.

New build

Get a professional presence and booking form live fast, then layer on Google Business Profile and local search work once demand is proven.
